Bizverse is not a token creation project to find a business model; Bizverse has a real revenue model, is operating, has real customers, real products and deployment capacity at enterprises – state – education. Tokens are only a mechanism to expand value, not the lifeblood of the ecosystem.
In the dual-reality economy that Bizverse builds, revenue comes from three main streams: Core AI – Digital Twin-Data engine, Industry Solutions and Platform Token Economy. This approach ensures that the ecosystem does not depend on the speculative market, but develops based on the real needs of society and the economy.
a) Core Technology Revenue—Digital Twin + AI Platform
Bizverse develops and operates key technologies that the market needs, following global trends:
Digital Twin infrastructure (urban – enterprise – education);
VR360 and virtual venue/mall;
LocalAI box/on-premises AI platform;
AI Agents for Individuals & Businesses;
RAG solutions, digital data, and AI private cloud.
Main sources of revenue:
platform configuration & deployment fees;
license (SaaS/on-prem license);
LocalAI box hardware revenue;
fees for operating AI models & compute infrastructure.
Bizverse sells AI systems, technology, access, and capabilities —not abstract perspectives.
b) Revenue from real applications & B2B/B2G contracts
Bizverse has formed the ability to deploy into many real-world areas where digital twin & AI is creating obvious value:
smart city projects, digital administration;
a copy of the number of schools, tourist resorts and enterprises;
VR/2D/3D exhibition and virtual trade solutions;
data systems & AI assistants for governments;
implement RWA & traceability/asset number ID.
Revenue Model:
consultancy and implementation contract (project fee);
long-term operation service (O&M service);
training & technology transfer;
training AI models based on business/local data.
Bizverse aims to be the sovereign AI & Digital Twin infrastructure provider in Vietnam and the region.
c) Platform Economy — Tokens & Community Services
As the dual-reality economy expands, value indicators come not only from infrastructure but also from community activities and creative ecosystems. Bizverse generates new revenue streams based on:
marketplace AI Agents & prompt;
RWA transaction fees (digital real estate, knowledge assets, NFT services);
fees for participating in the EduVerse education system;
subscriptions for personal and business digital copies;
digital space advertising/identification;
tokenization fees;
revenue from DAO data (within the legal framework).
DTA plays a role:
ecosystem payment units;
digital asset exploitation/creation fees;
stake to access the AI/compute system;
platform revenue sharing.
This creates a growth flywheel: the more users contribute data/knowledge, the more AI & services form, the more the token will be in demand.
d) Revenue from Data Marketplace
This is the strategic revenue pillar of Bizverse 2.0, which is considered the "economic lifeline" of Digital Twin.
