11.1. Core Benefits for BIVE Investors
a) Priority Rights in the DTA Private Sale
Eligible for wallets holding at least 1,000,000 BIVE at snapshot.
Allowed to purchase DTA equal to 20% of BIVE held.
Access to the lowest token price of the entire ICO program.
b) Conversion Rights: BIVE → DTA
Conversion rate: 1 BIVE → 1.3 DTA.
SWAP activation: 45 days after TGE.
c) Gratitude Bonus Program
Initial lock: 30% of the total DTA Gratitude Bonus.
Unlock schedule:
