6. DTA TOKENS — WHY A FRESH START?

Bizverse entering the 2.0 stage is not just a technological upgrade, but a comprehensive restructuring of the basic economic model to suit the new context, new legal requirements, and long-term development orientation. In the context of Web3's transformation from "speculative assets" to "real value infrastructure", Bizverse needs a tokenomics framework that is in line with the strategy of developing digital living infrastructure — Digital Twin Society, no longer stopping at the role of a tool in an experimental economy, but becoming an economic axis that operates the entire ecosystem.

The launch of the DTA token does not come from the need to change the name or create a new story, but from the thinking of sustainable economic design: matching the real value, closely associated with operations, serving the community, and creating long-term benefits for both new and old investors.

DTA was born for three main reasons

1. Fair restructuring — gratitude to former investors Investors who support from the beginning deserve to be recognized and accompanied for a long time according to a fair model, with transparent locks.

2. New positioning: Token = technology shares + digital assets DTA is more than just a utility token. It represents the real economic value in the Digital Twin – AI – RWA – EduVerse infrastructure.

3. New Legal Compliance Standards DTA aims to be a token model in line with the Vietnamese and international legal framework, preparing for the digital asset sandbox and RWA.
