# 10. TOKEN ECONOMY — DTA & RWA

Bizverse's economic model is designed around two value pillars: DTA as the operating unit and energy of the ecosystem, and RWA as a mechanism to connect real-life assets, data, knowledge, and digital assets twin into the digital economy. This isn't just tokenomics in the traditional sense of Web3; this is the operating structure of a Real-World Digital Twin Economy, where each value created by users, businesses and systems is recorded, identified and distributed transparently.

Instead of focusing on short-term growth based on speculative sentiment, the Bizverse economic model is built on the principle of value from use, that is, tokens are created from the behavior of creating real value: building digital twins, contributing knowledge, creating AI data, etc product development, digital business operations, or tokenization of real assets. Bizverse aims for an ecosystem where the digital economy is inseparable from the real economy, and tokens are a means to connect, validate, and distribute value in the digital space.

**a) DTA — Token for Operating and Accumulating Ecosystem Value**

DTA is designed as a unit of exchange and accumulation of value in the Bizverse. It not only serves as a "means of transaction" but a mechanism that enables capacity, access, and benefits in the twin-AI-data economy.

The main functions of DTA include:

* payment for services (Digital Twin, VR360, AI Agent, EduVerse...);
* stake to access AI, tools, and system resources;
* participate in the revenue sharing mechanism (usage-based staking);
* rewards for contributions to knowledge, data and AI models;
* operating fees and RWA tokenization;
* participate in the governance and validation of assets/data.

DTA is not a "point" or "reward unit", but an economic energy for digital social infrastructure.

**b) RWA — the class of value anchored to real assets and operations**

Unlike tokens that simulate virtual value, RWA in Bizverse is directly anchored to real assets and real economic activity. It helps connect physical and intellectual value layers with the digital space, ensuring sustainability and transparency.

RWA Groups in Bizverse:

* spatial assets & digital real estate associated with physical locations;
* ownership of enterprise data, urban data;
* intellectual property (courses, content, AI agents, AI models);
* business operating assets (processes, market data);
* user behavior data (identified and decentralized).

RWA is not only "digitized" but also used in operations, education, commerce, urban and social interaction, creating a real stream of value, not just stored on the blockchain.

**c) Circulation & value mechanisms—from contribution to sustainable accumulation**

Bizverse's token operating model follows the following cycle:

* users/businesses create value;
* data, knowledge, activities & assets recorded;
* donation-based distribution rewards;
* DTA use in the ecosystem & continue to circulate.

Main mechanisms:

* usage-based rewards;
* AI/dataset staking (sharing profits from data assets);
* creator & educator economy;
* RWA minting & fee sharing.

This approach helps Bizverse avoid the "pump-and-dump" cycle that is common in Web3, and instead creates a growth economy based on real usage value.
