14. DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

The Bizverse journey doesn't start from zero. We have gone through a challenging pioneering period, accumulating technology, experience and team. Stepping into Bizverse 2.0, the roadmap is not just a to-do list — but a strategy to realize the dual economy in Vietnam and reach out to the world, based on core technology, real customers, and a growing community of knowledge – AI – data.

The roadmap is planned in three strategic phases: Platform Stabilization — Application Expansion — Ecosystem Economic Acceleration.

14.1. Phase 1 (Q4/2025 – Q1/2026): Completing basic infrastructure

This is the most important stage, creating the "backbone" of Bizverse 2.0. All core products must be ready to pick up users and initial data flows.

The system needs to be completed:

  • Bizverse Social + Map3D: Complete 3D map – Digital Twin platform, integrated social system with identity and interactive space.

  • Build-to-Earn: Data contribution recognition system (POIs, images, maps, VR360) to activate the community economy.

  • Prompt-to-Earn & AI Marketplace: Create an environment for users to list prompts, workflows, small agents, and AI tools.

  • EdVerse – Learning & Teaching to Earn: Digital training system, learning content marketplace, AI/Web3/Digital Twin classroom.

  • DTA Wallet & Smart Contract Operating New Tokenomics: Implementing DTA Contracts.

  • Set up a BIVE → DTA conversion pool.

  • Activating RWA Framework: Standardizing real asset tokenization in line with Vietnam's priority networks (1Matrix, U2U)

  • The planned ICO rounds are as follows:

  • Pre-sale (private): from December 1 to December 31, 2025

  • Market Round 1: from January 1 to January 31, 2026

  • Market Round 2: from February 1 to February 28, 2026

14.2. Phase 2 (Q2/2026 – Q4/2026): Expanding the ecosystem & data economy – AI

Once the platform has stabilized, Bizverse 2.0 focuses on scaling users, data volumes, and AI agents.

Key objectives:

  • Expand the data collection and contribution system for Urban Digital Twin development.

  • Launch the Build-to-Earn mechanism, rewarding citizens, businesses, and partners for contributing standardized data.

  • Activate data monetization and revenue-sharing mechanisms, forming a sustainable Data Economy.

  • Open the Data Marketplace, piloting datasets in urban management, tourism, and education aligned with national standards.

  • Develop the AI Agent Ecosystem, introducing the AI Agent Store for urban operations and enterprise automation.

  • TGE in Q2/2026, activating the full Tokenomics system and implementing the BIVE conversion & appreciation program.

  • Expand LocalAI/DocuMind adoption in real-world scenarios: urban operations, digital education, enterprise workflows.

  • Pilot multi-chain data and RWA tokenization, prioritizing Blockchain platforms endorsed or oriented at the national level.

  • Standardize the RWA Framework, integrating asset identity, traceability, and secure data governance.

  • Deploy multi-interaction digital applications, combining Digital Twin + Metaverse to enable immersive digital experiences for cities, tourism, and enterprises.

14.2. Phase 3 (2027 – 2028): Acceleration, nationwide expansion and multi-sector integration

This phase focuses on scale growth, elevating the ecosystem to become a national data and AI network.

Key objectives:

  • Scale Digital Twin deployment across provinces and major cities.

  • Unlock DTA tokens for BIVE investors through SWAP mechanism (1 BIVE = 1.3 DTA)

  • Leverage national programs aligned with Resolution 1131 to accelerate adoption.

  • Expand the Data Marketplace with datasets in transportation, healthcare, education, energy, and environment.

  • Drive the AI Economy with large-scale adoption of AI Agents in business, education, commerce, real estate, and finance.

  • Broaden RWA tokenization to digital real estate, specialty agriculture, and corporate assets.

  • Complete the national-scale Data Exchange Platform with unified standards and revenue-sharing mechanisms.

  • Deploy the Digital Twin-driven Digital Economy, integrating data, AI, and spatial computing into public and private sectors.

  • Implement full-cycle tokenization & identity of real-world assets on the Digital Twin, enabling traceability, valuation, and cross-sector interoperability.

14.3. Phase 4 (2029 – 2030): The Bizverse ecosystem becomes a complete "Digital Twin Society"

This is the strongest growth period, where the components of the Bizverse shift from a technology platform to a true digital economy.

Implementation objectives for Digital Twin Society:

  • Build a fully connected Digital Twin Society, integrating data, AI, citizens, enterprises, and government systems.

  • The Data Economy becomes the primary and most sustainable revenue pillar.

  • Expand internationally across Southeast Asia and broader Asian markets.

  • Position Bizverse as a leading global Digital Twin–AI–RWA platform.

  • Develop the next-generation Bizverse with AGI-level capabilities, hyper-simulation, and Full DAO governance.

  • Establish national-level RWA & Digital Identity standards, enabling cross-sector interoperability.

  • Integrate Digital Twin with smart public services (urban operations, transportation, healthcare, education).

  • Complete cross-chain interoperability for data, assets, and identity across multiple blockchains.

  • Deploy AI Governance & Data Trust frameworks to ensure transparency, privacy, and safety.

  • Create a global developer ecosystem for Digital Twin applications, plugins, AI Agents, and RWA modules.
