4. VISION – MISSION – POSITIONING

a. Vision

Bizverse aims to create a digital society where real people, real businesses, real assets, and AI systems coexist, operate, and create value. We believe that the future of the world is not a "separate metaverse" but an integrated digital living infrastructure where physical and digital reality blend into one, supporting each other and expanding people's abilities in learning, working, and creating. There, each individual can own digital identity, personal data, digital assets associated with real assets, and be supported by personalized AI assistants; each enterprise and municipality has a digital copy to help forecast, simulate and optimize operations; and communities can form transparent and equitable knowledge economies based on capacity, contribution and credibility.

Our vision is not just to build a Digital Twin platform, but to create an economy based on data, AI, and digital ownership — where the value lies not in "joining a virtual world", but in expanding human capacity and improving the performance of real society. Bizverse strives to become a key platform for digital social infrastructure in Vietnam, contributing to the position of national technology in the region and the world, accompanying the Government's digital transformation strategy, developing AI, data and Blockchain in the spirit of Resolution 1131.

b. Mission

Bizverse's mission is to build a comprehensive digital living infrastructure where data, identity, knowledge, and assets are protected, owned, and exploited fairly through AI, Digital Twin, and Web3. We are committed to bringing technology to the service of people and businesses, helping them strengthen their capacity, optimize operations, expand opportunities for learning, business and creativity, and form a new economic environment based on real and transparent contributions.

To achieve that goal, Bizverse focuses on:

• Developing core technologies of Digital Twin, AI and Web3 closely linked to real-life values;

• Building a safe, decentralized, user-centric data infrastructure;

• Building a data exchange in the digital environment, ensuring data copyright and transaction tracing,

• Providing AI tools to individuals and organizations to enhance creativity and production capacity (Using AI in a safe, sovereign way, ensuring the safety of personal data remains a core element in AI),

• Create an educational, creative and business environment that is transparent, fair and sustainable;

• Accompanying the national strategy on digital transformation, digital government, digital economy and AI sovereignty.

c. Operating Philosophy

Bizverse is consistent with three core principles:

• Real value is the foundation – Technology only makes sense when solving real problems, creating real benefits and benefiting society.
